- The LWV of Loudoun County selected a Dominion High School student as the recipient of its 2010 Shining Star Award for excellence. The student's submission in the 14th Annual Loudoun County Public Schools Social Science Fair was recognized by the League for its detailed analysis of the impact of one person, Amelia Earhart, on society's restrictions on women. We congratulate our Shining Star winner! (Click here for pictures of the exhibit.)
